Mining Trucks with Unbreakable Suspension Systems by HEMSCHEIDT

Dr. Wöhrmann explained, “HEMSCHEIDT is currently focusing on introducing its products to China, and intends to turn its focus on Brazil next.” Dr. Wöhrmann also pointed out that the company is able to produce their systems for as few as one vehicle, or as many as 100 at a time and these systems can be produced according to a customer’s specification within six to ten weeks.  “Our systems are off-road robust and maintenance free; they save the mining trucks owners as much as USD 20 thousand an hour in down time.”

 

HEMSCHEIDT will further benefit from a new trend in off-road applications for independent suspension systems, since it develops and produces linkages for those systems and independent suspension systems are particularly useful in Brazil. “They have a lot of mining applications which require a lot of mining vehicles, so there could be a need for our suspensions systems to integrate into their mining vehicles and tanks,” explained Dr. Wöhrmann.

 

As a highly specialized supplier of chassis components, German-based HEMSCHEIDT sees great potential synergies in Brazil’s mining industry and also looks forward to putting forth its solutions for Brazil’s other commercial vehicle needs as well.
